Dottie Hart serves as a reminder to embrace the good life. Dottie believed life was too short to be cold- why wait for white hair to embrace sun, sand, and sea? After countless Caribbean cruises, trips to the Bahamas, and adventures in Acapulco, she and her husband settled in the sunshine state and called South Florida home. It was the perfect home base for all of their Olde Palm travels. Whether she was betting on Thoroughbreds at Hialeah Park or shopping for straw bags in the Bahamas, Dottie was always dressed as darling as her name. 

She was a women’s golf apparel model, which was fitting–as she was an avid golfer and voted “best legs” by her husband’s fraternity. Dottie was a Betty in a bikni, best dressed at brunch, and often fashioned an a-line skirt and sleeveless top (mindful of tan lines, no doubt). She was a bit of a perfectionist and her dedication to detail was evident in both her golf game and her sense of style.
